INTRODUCTION
Amanah Raya Berhad is committed to procurement processes that fosters fair and open competition, and are conducted under high ethical standards. To achieve this goal, Amanah Raya Berhad has adopted the Vendor Code of Ethics, which may prescribe standards that exceed the procurement process standards currently used.
The Vendor Code of Ethics is applicable to all vendors, as per the term defined below, involved in the procurement process of Amanah Raya Berhad and its subsidiaries for the award or performance of contracts for goods, services, public works and miscellaneous procurement.
