Bhd. (INTEGRA) for a property in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor, which would function as a new rehabilitation center for the latter, and will be rented based on an as-is basis.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">YM Tunku Rozita, the Managing Director of AmanahRaya-Kenedix Reit Managers Sdn. Bhd. (AKRM) in her welcoming remarks said that \u2018AmanahRaya REIT will always be committed to increasing our asset portfolio\u2019s occupancy rates by focusing on retaining key tenants and attracting new ones.
