AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT), long-term tenancy with IHT Rehabilitation Centre (Selangor) Sdn Bhd

Pacific Trustees Berhad, the trustee of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT), accepted an offer to enter into a long-term tenancy with IHT Rehabilitation Centre (Selangor) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn. Bhd. (INTEGRA) for a property in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor, which would function as a new rehabilitation center for the latter, and will be rented based on an as-is basis.
